We did an analysis on the Pokémon that will be available on Scarlet & Violet after the release of the DLC.

• 402 available in SV Base Game at launch
• 30 introduced via Raid Event (10 Starters)
• 2 new Pokémon via Raid Event (Walking Wake & Iron Leaves)
• Mew via Mystery Gift
• Mewtwo upcoming Raid Event

Available in The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC

DLC Part 1: The Teal Mask

• 65 confirmed returning
• 7 new Pokémon

DLC Part 2: The Indigo Disk

• 94 confirmed returning
• 8 new Pokémon + 1

• 53 datamined returning Pokémon

(DLC Part 1 + DLC Part 2 should have around 230 returning Pokémon in total at the end)

• 43 Pokémon available via HOME Transfer

Excluding the forms there will be about 706/1026 Pokémon, almost 70% of the entire National Pokédex.
