Pokémon Sleep v1.0.2 bug fixes and known issues

Pokémon Sleep maintenance is now complete, and the update is now available to download. The update includes a number of bug fixes and small improvements.

f you're a Pokémon Sleep player, be sure to update the app to version 1.0.2 to get the latest features and bug fixes.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused the volume control for relaxing sounds to malfunction.
• Other minor bug fixes.

Future maintenance will address the following issues:

• Fixing a bug that causes volume control for the alarm to malfunction on some devices.
• Reducing power consumption during sleep tracking for smart phones with the screen facing up.
• Fixing a bug that prevents progress when accepting a friend request from a friend that already has 50 friends.
• Fixing a bug that causes the Energy tutorial to become unplayable.
• Fixing a bug that causes the game to freeze after finishing weekly research and moving to a new site.

In addition, the following issues have been identified and are currently being addressed:

• Alarms do not sound or sound very low on some devices.

If you are still having issues with tracking your sleep:

• It’s recommended that you track your sleep with your phone plugged in and charging. However, if your device has sufficient remaining battery power, you can also track your sleep leaving it plugged in.
• Depending on the condition of your device and what other apps are running, your battery may run out while tracking your sleep. Even if the battery runs out and sleep tracking stops, the sleep data up to that point will be saved if the sleep session is 90+ mins.

For those of you encountering issues after the update: I have alerted the team and they are working on addressing these issues.
