Scarlet & Violet VGC23 World Standings (Europe International Report)

The Pokémon Video Game Championship (VGC) events are open to all players, consisting of a serie of tournaments in which you can earn Championship Points (CPs) & various prizes.

These CPs are the most important part in the process if you want to compete at the annual Pokémon World Championship, because only the best players throughout the season can earn enough CPs to get an invitation to compete alongside other TOP competitors from around the World.

The VGC 2023 Season is composed of various events as it follows (each other country/region not listed here has its own system & circuit):

2023 Pokémon VGC World Championships Qualifications

Invitations will be awarded to all Pokémon VGC players in good standing who have earned at least the following Championship Points in the Masters category:

• North America: 300
• Europe: 250
• Latin America: 200
• Oceania: 200
• Middle East & South Africa: 200

Day Two invitations for the VGC competition are divided by rating zone as follows:

• The Top 8 players from the North America
• The Top 16 players from the Europe
• The Top 8 players from the Latin America
• The Top 4 players from the Oceania
• "Players in Japan, South Korea, and Asia-Pacific will be awarded Day Two invitations as determined by each region's organized play system."
• "Players in the Russia and Middle East & South Africa rating zones are not eligible for Day Two invitations for VGC."
• "Players with invitations earned at the 2022 World Championships will play on Friday unless they qualify for Day Two based on CPs for the current season."
