The best Pokemon that can be used to quickly defeat Cinderace is Armarouge, which thanks to its ability Flash Fire (immunity to Fire-type moves while also boosting the power of its own Fire-type moves by 50%) and the psychic terrain manages to make sucker punch unusable Below is a guide to do it in a few simple steps.
Obtaining an Armarouge with the Flash Fire ability and at least good special attack stats, then teach the following moves:
-Expanding Force
-Psychic
-Reflect
-Psychic Terrain
Now give an item of your choice between Shell Bell Expert Belt and Light Clay, respectively to heal your Pokemon, enhance supereffective moves or to increase reflect's duration from 5 to 8 turns. Finally, if necessary, change the Pokémon's Tera Type to Psychic-type.
